There has been a change of venue for the previously announced Head Cat show in Chicago. The Head Cat will still be rockin' Chicago on Monday 14th May but at the DOUBLE DOOR (www.DoubleDoor.com) and NOT The Abbey Pub as previously advised. The band will be playing on the same bill as surf guitar legend Dick Dale so it's a show not to be missed! Sorry for any inconvenience the change of venue may have caused. The Head Cat look forward to seeing you at the Double Door!

Today we launch the FROM THE CAT CLUB section of the PHOTO GALLERY with a page of photos taken on Thursday 19th at the club's "GLAMNATION" night, an all-star tribute to the Glam Rock music of the 70s. Taking to the stage were members of KISS, Alice Cooper, Guns N Roses, Dee Dee Ramone, Slash's Snakepit, along with comedian and movie star Jimmy Fallon, Lemmy Kilmister and of course Slim Jim himself! LOVE, HOPE, STRENGTH FOUNDATION - EMPIRE STATE BUILDING ROCKS!
Next Monday, 16th April, Jim will be joining his Dead Men Walking bandmate Mike Peters in New York City for the official U.S. launch of the recently founded Love Hope Strength Foundation. Co-founded by Peters the LHSF is building a cancer support network that will provide cancer patients in need with access to funds for treatment, information on the best doctors, treatments and medications as well as supporting quality cancer research programs.
Led by Mike, and alongside fellow "Empire State Rocks!" band members Billy Duffy (The Cult) and Dave Wakeling (English Beat), Jim will be taking part in a historic sponsored walk up the 1576 steps of the iconic Empire State Building. Upon reaching the observation deck the band will perform a short set to announce the LHSF taking the fight against cancer to new heights; first the Empire State Building, then Snowdon and then Everest! TOUR - ROCKIN' 50S FEST
Once again Jim will be appearing at the annual Rockin' 50s Fest at Green Bay's Oneida Casino which runs from 16th to 20th May. Jim will be performing with "The Head Cat", his own Trio featuring Darrel Higham and every night at 9pm he'll be bangin' n yellin' in the Casino Lounge for "Slim Jim's Jam". We hope you can make it to Green Bay next month and join in the fun!
